Report Cruelty




At LSPCA, we are dedicated to protecting animals from cruelty and neglect. If you witness or suspect animal cruelty, please report it using the form below. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and your identity will not be disclosed without your consent.
We review every report carefully, and recommend urgent cases be reported by phone for immediate action. Please call 0995027815 if you encounter any of the following:
Animals in Immediate Danger:
- An animal is being beaten, tortured, or intentionally harmed.
- An animal is tied, trapped, or confined in a way that causes suffering and cannot escape.
- An animal is left in extreme weather conditions (scorching heat, freezing cold, or heavy rain) without shelter.
- An animal is left in a locked vehicle with no ventilation.
Severe Neglect or Abandonment:
- An animal is visibly starving, extremely emaciated, or dehydrated.
- An animal has untreated severe wounds, fractures, or signs of advanced disease.
- An animal is left without food, water, or proper care for an extended period.
- An animal has been abandoned in an unsafe or isolated location.
Organized Animal Cruelty:
- Dogfighting, cockfighting, or any other form of animal fighting.
- Illegal slaughter or intentional killing of animals in an inhumane manner.
Other cases not considered urgent should be submitted through the form which will be reviewed as soon as possible. Your report can make a difference—thank you for speaking up for animals in need!
