LSPCA Community Clinics

At LSPCA, our volunteers play a vital role in improving the health and welfare of animals in Malawi. By joining our volunteer program, you will gain hands-on experience working with a variety of animals while contributing to essential veterinary and welfare initiatives.
As an LSPCA volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist with companion animal care at the LSPCA Veterinary Hospital and Shelter.
- Participate in spay and neuter clinics to help manage the pet population in local communities.
- Support rabies vaccination programs, protecting both animals and people from this deadly disease.
- Work with large animals in ambulatory clinics, providing care to livestock in rural areas.
- Join donkey primary care clinics, ensuring working equines receive the treatment and support they need.
Under the guidance of our experienced veterinary team, volunteers gain valuable practical skills while making a lasting impact on animals and their communities. Whether you’re a student, a professional looking to expand your expertise, or simply passionate about animal welfare, volunteering with LSPCA is a rewarding and meaningful experience.
