Graduate Surgical Training Course 2025

In partnership with Veterinary Education Malawi, we offer veterinary students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while making a meaningful impact on animal welfare. Through our community clinics in and around Lilongwe, students will actively participate in equine castrations, canine neutering, and rabies vaccinations. These services are provided at no cost to low-income communities, ensuring that animals receive the care they need while supporting responsible pet ownership and disease prevention.
Students will work under the close supervision of experienced veterinarians from the UK, alongside LSPCA’s skilled veterinary team and support staff. This collaborative approach not only enhances the students’ clinical skills but also fosters knowledge exchange between local and international veterinary professionals. By taking part in these initiatives, students contribute to improving animal health and welfare while gaining invaluable hands-on training in real-world settings.
